Common questions
We quote after an on-site measurement and an agreed design. The price is fixed in writing and never changes.
Production takes 3–5 weeks on average after design approval. Installation usually takes 1–3 days.
First a site visit and measurement, then a 3D design you approve, then production in our workshop and installation by our own team. One contact person keeps you informed at every stage — most projects need [FILL: number] visits in total.
We work with European MDF and solid wood; hardware is Blum and Häfele. Every piece we build is covered by a warranty.
Every piece we install carries a [FILL: number]-year warranty covering the construction and the installation. Hardware is covered by the manufacturers' own warranties, and we keep servicing what we build after the warranty ends.
Our workshop is in Tbilisi and most projects are within the city. We also take on projects in [FILL: other cities/regions, e.g. Batumi, Rustavi] — travel and delivery for out-of-town work are agreed in the quote.
